I've probably had ADHD my whole life — I just didn't know it.
Hi, I’m Cynthia — a Certified Life Coach and an ADHD Coach who was also diagnosed later in life. I know what it feels like to be smart, capable, and driven, yet still overwhelmed, scattered, or frustrated by everyday things that seem like they should be easier.
Getting my diagnosis didn’t change who I was — but it helped me finally work with my brain instead of against it. Now I support adults, especially women, in doing the same. My coaching is gentle, supportive, and real. Together, we take things one small step at a time, building clarity, confidence, and self-trust along the way.

But I also work with men and adults from all walks of life who share that same desire to understand themselves and move through the world with more clarity and ease.
